Cooking fish of any kind can be intimidating. But it doesn’t have to be – salmon is incredibly versatile! Much like wild salmon, our salmon is a leaner meat, which means it cooks faster than farmed salmon. Check out some of our favourite ways to cook salmon below.

Grilled

6-8 min on skin side,
4-6 min on second side, medium-high heat

Broiled

5-8 min on high, top rack

Poke

Dice it fresh!

Parchment Wrapped

10-15 min at 400°F

Baked

12-15 min at 350°F

Poached

10 min simmering

Pan Fried

6 min on skin side, 4 min on second side

Cedar Planked

15-20 min, medium heat
